The Admission Committee

In accordance with the provisions of Statute 32 of the Revised and Consolidated Statutes of Glocal University, Saharanpur, and with the objective of ensuring a fair, transparent, merit-based and uniform admission process, as well as to regulate admissions to various programmes of the University in an orderly manner, in conformity with the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019 and the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations framed thereunder, the Admissions Committee of Glocal University is hereby constituted as under:

Powers and Functions of the Admissions Committee

• To lay down and oversee the admission policy and procedures of the University.
• To ensure that admissions are conducted in a transparent, merit-based, and non-discriminatory manner.
• To ensure compliance with the Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019, UGC regulations, and other applicable statutory norms.
• To monitor the admission process, including entrance tests, counselling, and seat allocation, where applicable.
• To address issues or grievances related to admissions, as referred by the competent authority.
• To consider any other matter related to admissions entrusted to it by the Vice-Chancellor or competent authority.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain effective until further orders.
